Matsui “Red Label”

    Used carefully selected spring water from Mt, Daisen created in vast nature in Tottori prefecture. A natural process of filtration through nutrient-rich soil removing impurities creates the exceptionally soft mineral water. That is what makes it smooth and mild, making good use of the natural taste of barley.

    Used carefully selected spring water from Mt, Daisen, created in vast nature in Tottori prefecture. A natural process of filtration through nutrient-rich soil removing impurities creates the exceptionally soft mineral water. Made with black koji and performing well-balanced Umami with deep aroma and sweetness of sweet potato.

    松井の干芋

    “Hoshi-imo Shochu Matsui (Red Label)” is an authentic Shochu made of dried sweet potato. Smooth mouthfeel with a faint sweet aroma, and lingering taste of dried sweet potato on the finish. The image towards Imo Shochu will be redesigned after taking a sip of “Hoshi-imo Shochu Matsui (Red Label)”.
